Keyword Searching

If you have a specific country that you want to search start with a  keyword search using the name of your country and add a keyword to describe the enviornmental issue (i.e., climate change or waste or water, or deforestation, or energy or sustainability, etc.).

Or look for a current book on your country, and look in the book's table of contents or index to determine if the environment is covered.

Subject Searching
You can use the following official Subject Headings to browse OneSearch Library Catalog for books on a particular subject. It only works in the "Advanced Search." Be sure to use the drop-down menu to change the default "keyword" search to "subject"

Conservation of Natural Resources --country
Environmental Policy-country
Environmental Protection-country
Sustainable Development-country

Use these catalogs to find books on your topic, and if we don't own the one you want, borrow it via Interlibrary Loan.
