Welcome! This section is a small gathering of resources on the issues of bias and racism, in particular as they affect higher education and the sciences. This guide is a starting point and not a comprehensive list of materials and resources on the topic. It is a living document and feedback on the content is both invited and welcome. The guide focuses on the lack of diversity in the sciences primarily by the BIPOC and LBGTQ communities but acknowledges that socio-economic class, religion, nationality, citizenship status, (first) generation, etc., and not all identities are equally represented within STEM.
