U.S. Congressional Serial SetThe Serial Set are House & Senate Reports & Documents. The Reports are our equivalent of other countries legislative reports, i.e. parliamentary papers. They accompany legislation & investigations/inquiries. Documents are a miscellaneous category which contain any types of documents from Congress or other branches that Congress wants to make available, annual reports, the budget, etc.
