    NOAA has it all and this FAQ page clearly explains the available data sets and how to access them.
  • Local Climatological Data 1966-date
    A monthly summary from major airport weather stations that includes a daily account of temperature extremes, degree days, precipitation and winds. Online access from 1992--.

  • Locate Weather Stations
    Maybe this will save you some time--Sacramento Executive Airport is abbreviated SAC and the data goes back to 1928.
  • Natrional Climatic Data Center
    Data sets include temperature, rainfall and snowfall information for specific locations in the US. In addition to these basic variables, it is sometimes possible to obtain other weather information including humidity and winds. Some stations have hourly data available though most have daily and monthly only.
  • Global Historical Climatology Network-Monthly Climate Data of the World
    Issued by NOAA, organized by country.
