Place to meet with subject librarians. Open to students when not being used for consultations.

2022, 2023 & 2024. Often open for students when not being used for classes.

Room 2003. Designated for use by our student parents/guardians who need a quiet place to study with their children.

Rooms are available to tenure-track faculty, lecturers, and visiting scholars. Assignments are made throughout the year and expire on May 31.

Room 2026. An entity of Academic Affairs and the Office of Research, Innovation and Economic Development, SRC exists to broaden opportunities for students to collaborate with faculty on authentic research, scholarship, and creative activities.

Room 2520. ORIED, a unit of Academic Affairs, works to expand the research capacity of Sacramento State’s faculty, staff, and students.

Computers are equipped with Office 2016, Citrix, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. You can print and scan from these computers throughout the library.

Community members must obtain a free internet access card from the library service desk to use these computers, which can access the Internet, the library catalog, and library databases.

The only computers in the library with all of the software provided by IRT.

3-in-1 machines for printing, copying, and scanning. The only color printing machine in the library is here.

Microfiche and Microfilm materials and readers.

DVD and VHS playback equipment. Must have your own headphones.

Next to the research help cubes. Stocked with scissors, paper cutter, hole punch, tape, and pencil sharpener.

Call numbers A–H.

Encyclopedias, handbooks, dictionaries, bibliographies, directories, indexes, almanacs, statistical works. "Ref" at top of call number.

Over-sized circulating books. Indicated by "f" or "q" at top of call number.

California, local, federal, Canada, and United Nations. Uses Su Docs organization system.

Contains over 20,000 maps and 1,500 atlases.

Reference, Picture Books, Early Readers, and Fiction and Nonfiction.

State of California adopted K–12 curriculum materials, which support the College of Education and regional teachers.
