Access after Graduation

Any alum can obtain a Community User Library Card to use Sac State Library Resources. This card is free with a current Sacramento State Alumni Membership or other CSU alumni membership card; it is good for 2 years and renewable. If that does not apply, it is a $50 fee and expires after 1 year.

Benefits of a Community User Library Card

• 3 week loan of general collection items (subject to recall)
• 15 item limit
• Automatic renewal of items
• Public computer access for 2 hours a day
• In-person access to research databases

What is not available with a Community Borrower Card

• Placing holds or interlibrary loan requests
• Remote access to research databases
• Network printing services
