Full books cannot be downloaded for offline reading at this time. But apps are available so all e-books can be read online with any internet-capable mobile device.
1. A new platform went online in 2019 which now requires a one-time email authentication from the @csus.edu domain.
2. Once you create your account, you can search for e-books on your topic on the O'Reilly platform. Then read the books on your internet-capable device.
