Most of our collections budget goes toward recurring subscriptions to journals, journal collections, ebook collections, and databases.
Sacramento State has access to certain resources provided centrally through the Chancellor’s Office. The Chancellor's Office funds these resources, known as the Electronic Core Collection (ECC), so they are not at risk for now. See the list of these resources below.
We have compiled a list of ongoing annual subscriptions of $5,000 or more, along with cost and cost-per-use; see the link below (restricted to Sac State affiliates). We will use this data to help inform our decision-making and to develop various budget cut scenarios.
