CountrySTAT is a web-based information technology system for food and agriculture statistics at the national and subnational levels. It provides decision-makers access to statistics across thematic areas such as production, prices, trade and consumption.

Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO). Their mission is to to make sure people have regular access to enough high-quality food to lead active, healthy lives. Lots of links to reports (often in languages other than English) and statistics on all aspects of food and food production.

From Stanford University, the goal is to create and disseminate high quality, peer reviewed geriatrics curriculum for a multi-cultural population. Modules for: African American, Alaska Native, American Indian, Asian Indian American, Chinese American, Filipino American, Hawaiian and Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino American, Hmong American, Japanese American, Korean American, Vietnamese American, and Pakistani American. Each module begins with historical background information and traditional health belief systems.

From the US Dept. of Health and Human Services, these profiles provide detailed demographic, language fluency (where relevant), education, economic, insurance coverage and health status information, as well as full census reports.
