The best way to do a comprehensive search for a thesis or dissertation is in OneSearch by topic, author, department, etc.
In 2009, theses began being submitted electronically; these can be found in Sac State Scholars in addition to OneSearch.
OneSearch Instructions:
- Type your topic keywords, author, department, etc. in the search box and click Search.
- If searching by department it is helpful to add the word thesis to the search (i.e. social work thesis)
- Use the column on the right of your search results page to "Filter My Results"
- Under "Resource Type" click on "Theses and Dissertations"
- To limit to theses and dissertations written by Sacramento State students, scroll down and click on "Author/Creator" then select California State University, Sacramento.
- Specific thesis advisors or readers can also be added to your search.
