Typically they include at least an income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flow, and footnotes. Sometimes they extensive content such as executive commentary, audit reports, etc.
Some companies chose to issue a more cost-effective "wrap report" which is the company's SEC Form 10-K wrapped in an annual report cover.
Which is why for some companies, you'll only be able to find a 10-K report!
