PubMed is the database for citations to worldwide biomedical literature including research, clinical practice, administration, policy issues, and health care services. Although many of the articles used/created data to conduct the research, not all datasets are available for public use.
Users can search on or append searches with data[filter] to find citations with related data links in the Secondary Source ID field or the LinkOut fields. These links may be to records in other NLM databases, or to external data repositories (e.g. Dryad). Below is an example using the keyword venom:
