Students are welcome to come to the URWC with reading and writing assignments for any course in any academic discipline. They offer directed self-placement counseling and help for students preparing for the Writing Placement for Juniors (WPJ).

Available during most Reference Service Hours Simply drop by the Reference Desk, located on the north side of the second floor of the library. Or for more in depth research help, please make an appointment to talk with the librarian who specializes in your subject area.

Available during Reference Service Hours You can give us a call at (916) 278-5673. Or find out which librarian to call about research in your specific subject area.

A librarian will respond as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours during the normal work week. Submit a question to our Ask-A-Librarian email service.

If CSU librarians are not available, you can get help anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
